Ramdevar beta was pictorised as Ramgad in the famous Bollywood film Sholay. The place is near Ramanagar (50kms from bangalore) a paradise for trekking, rock climbing and photo shooting. This part of the movie shows entrance to the hills, the lotus pond and the hills where Gabbar Sing and Shamba were reigning in Sholay. Read the article in my blog.
Ramdevar beta or Ramgad of Sholay is a beautiful hill spot about 50 kms from bangalore. This part of the movie shows the 300 steps climbing to the hills through Hanuman temple and the two temples on top of the hills, viz, Ramadevar temple and Rameswar temple.
